Your first visit to our office includes:

On your first visit to our office, we need to get acquainted with your past and current dental health. Any records or history from your previous dental visits will be very helpful. If you have the following documents, please bring them on your first visit:

• Dental X-rays & review of X-rays
• Review of medical & dental history
• Dental X-rays & review of X-rays
• Oral cancer screening
• Gum exam
• Dental exam

Once we have all the information we need, we will go ahead and provide dental cleanings and also discuss your specific needs.
